The large blue and white Italian hand-painted serving bowl in our Tagliato collection has truly a design that proves timeless. Its design is inspired by typical ceramic decoration from the late 15th century, yet we think it seems very current. Tagliato, meaning cut or sliced has a stylized flower surrounded by short hatches, or slices, creating a bold and interesting design. This hand-painted ceramic serving bowl will make any dining table vibrant. Handmade in Italy, each serving bowl is created just as it would have been when this design originated– hand thrown on a potter’s wheel and glazed in the same colors available at that time. A smaller serving bowl and a platter are also a part of the Tagliato serveware collection.
