Original Antique Watercolor by Morandi. This is a signed and dated original antique watercolor painting of a pair of architectural mouldings done by Florentine artist Morando Morandi. The beautiful and simple detailing demonstrates Morandi's skill with watercolor.
Morando Morandi was a student, and later a professor at the famed Florence Academy of Fine Arts. He worked with Professor Lunghi, one of the last artists in charge of finishing the facade of the Duomo in Florence.
