An antique print originally from a set of 18th century prints by Italian Engraver Giacopo Giovannini (1667-1717). The antique etching print is after a series of paintings about the life of St. Benedict by Ludovico Caracci and other excellent masters of his school, in the cloister of St. Michael in Bosco di Bologna in Italy.
The edges are a bit worn as would be expected. Also, part of the print is faded and you must look closely for details not as visible and faded. The paper has some barely visible yellowish discoloration which is mostly around the edges of the paper. All of these antique characteristics make this print aesthetically pleasing and interesting.
The last picture of the photo gallery includes this print along with 2 others if you are interested in a grouping. This particular one is on the far left side. The other prints are also available on our website.
