(SOLD) Italian Antique Marbleized Jar

(SOLD) This cylinder shaped marbleized jar would have been used in a kitchen to store cookies and other foods.  The Beige and brown colors of this jar are classic Pugliese Italian.  A cookie jar like this would have had a lid originally. Unfortunately, like with a lot of antique pottery, the lids are broken or lost over the years.
